How to Delete Your Data
Receipt Ai does not require an account or personal login. You are identified solely by an anonymous device identifier. However, you have the full right to request deletion of all data associated with your device.
What Data We Store
The following data may be associated with your anonymous device identifier:
- Device registration information (device model, OS version, app version)
- Subscription status and purchase history (managed through Apple/Google and RevenueCat)
- Push notification preferences and token
- App usage analytics
- AI-generated content history (if applicable)
Request Data Deletion
To request the deletion of all data associated with your device, please send an email to:

Please include the following information in your email:
- App name: Receipt Ai
- Your device platform (iOS or Android)
- Approximate date you started using the app
What Happens After Your Request
- We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours
- Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request
- You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete
Important Notes
- Subscription cancellation: Deleting your data does not automatically cancel your subscription. Please cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings before requesting data deletion.
- Irreversible: Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Any remaining credits or subscription benefits will be lost.
- Uninstalling the app will stop all data collection immediately, but previously collected data will be retained for up to 365 days unless you explicitly request deletion.
Alternative: Uninstall the App
If you simply want to stop using Receipt Ai, you can uninstall the App from your device. This will immediately stop all data collection. Your existing data will be automatically deleted after 365 days of inactivity.
