Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Receipt Ai ("the App"), developed and operated by Atalay Apps ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Attempt to bypass any security features or limitations
• Use the App to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content generated by the App
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the App

2. AI-Generated Content

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate content based on your inputs. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before use
• We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from AI processing
• Generated content should not be relied upon as professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.)

3. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers subscription plans and/or credit-based purchases:

• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to the plan you select (weekly, monthly, or yearly)
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Free Trial: If offered, the free trial period will be specified at the time of purchase. Unused portions of a free trial are forfeited upon purchasing a subscription
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies

4. Free Usage

The App may provide limited free usage (free credits or limited features). We reserve the right to modify free usage limits at any time without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding user-generated and AI-generated content), features, and functionality are owned by Atalay Apps and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Content you generate using the App is yours to use, subject to these Terms and any applicable third-party licenses.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from the App will be accurate or reliable
• Any defects in the App will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Atalay Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any content generated by the AI features
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any third-party conduct on or related to the App

Account Deletion

Since no account is required to use the App, you can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. If you wish to request deletion of all data associated with your device, please visit our Account Deletion page or contact us at privacy@atalay.app.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the App or by updating this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
